The Opening Night Gala of the San Francisco Ballet 69th Repertory Season Benefactor, Patrons and Encore! Dinners were nothing short of fabulous. All three dinners (1,700 delicious and hot!) were catered by Paula Le Duc Fine Catering (www.paulaleduc.com), with elegant tableware and equipment courtesy of Classic Party Rentals. Three distinct dining areas were set up in a tented pavilion, City Hall Rotunda and City Hall’s North Light Court. Logistics and communication with our vendors made it possible for us to be in and out within 24 hours.

The Peoplesoft 2001 Awards Ceremony held in February of 2002 was held at the Concourse Exhibition Center downtown San Francisco. The room was set for 1,800 guests from locations all over the world. Classic Party Rentals provided the tableware and equipment for this event as well the setup. Now We’re Cooking (www.nowcook.com) was the caterer and also designed the tabletop centerpieces. Following cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, the three course dinner was splendid. Timing of the strike required the Classic crew to be finished by midnight.
