For after-hours emergencies, call 858-496-9700 and press "0” to reach our 24-hour On-Call staff. We encourage you to contact our On-Call staff as most issues can be resolved over the phone.

Reservations

We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance. This will ensure availability and allow ample time for your order to be delivered or picked up. Rental rates are charged based on the contract dates, whether the equipment was used or not. Please review your order prior to delivery.

Payment

Full payment for all rental equipment, and any other services, is due in advance of the receipt of your equipment. Credit will only be extended to pre-approved accounts. Customers without a pre-approved credit account are required to have a credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

When you place an order with Classic Party Rentals, the equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand-packed specifically for you. If the order is cancelled with little notice, it is likely that equipment was unavailable to other clients. If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or Will Call, a cancellation or restocking fee may apply. Special order items will incur a restocking fee.
