Acquisition Solidifies Classic Party Rentals as the Nation’s Leading Single-Source Supplier for the Special Events Industry

El Segundo, CA – Classic Party Rentals, the premier event rental company in the U.S., has acquired Prime Event Group (Prime), a leading provider of European-style structures renowned for its customer service and turnkey event solutions. The acquisition furthers Classic Party Rentals’ growth in the events industry and adds new capabilities and geographic coverage to the Classic network. Classic Party Rentals – based in El Segundo, California – now has 16 locations and generates combined annual revenues of $170 million.

Prime’s services are now immediately available to the Classic Party Rentals sales team and its broad client base. Likewise, Prime’s clients now have access to Classic Party Rentals’ broad inventory of china, glassware, flatware, linens, designer furniture, tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment. Prime’s services include a large depth and breadth of tent structures, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), power generation, electrical distribution, interior lining, lighting, flooring, technical design, site management, and event management support.
