Nation’s leading event rental company recently unveiled two of its newest regional locations to industry audiences during premier celebrations in New York and Nashville

NEW YORK, NY and NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Just two months since integrating New York and Nashville locations into its nationwide network, Classic Party Rentals recently hosted thrilling open house celebrations in each city to formally introduce its services and staff to local special event industry personnel. Over 500 VIP guests crowded Classic’s New York City showroom on May 1, and another 300 explored Classic’s new Nashville store on March 26.

“In each new market to which we expand, Classic’s mission is three-fold: raise the bar for quality and service in the market; expand the range of product selections available to local event professionals; and create impactful, long-lasting relationships with all customers,” said John Campanelli, CEO of Classic Party Rentals. “We’ve made great strides toward achieving our goals in both New York and Nashville, and these receptions provided us an opportunity to thank our partners, customers and employees for their loyalty, dedication and hard work.”

In New York, new products on display included Classic’s exclusive Chameleon Chair collection; an anthology of linens, ghost chairs and chandeliers from Resource One; and various lines of chargers, flatware, glassware and chinaware from Unique Tabletop Rentals. Eye-catching “still-life models” helped Classic display its inventory with extremely unique flair.

Classic relied on its diverse network of New York-based partners to bring the evening to life. Catering was provided by Thomas Preti Catering, Canard Inc, and Olivier Cheng Catering and Special Events. Fifth Avenue Digital produced all photography, while PBG Event Productions delivered lighting, décor, illuminated furniture, and audio entertainment. Ed Libby, David Tutera, Tess Casey of Aisling Flowers, and Jerry Sibal of Design Fusion garnished the event with masterful floral designs.

In Nashville, Classic converted its warehouse into a magnificent party venue, transforming the space from industrial to “Hollywood Glam.” Three eclectic party areas – a red room, a garden atrium, and hot Miami club scene – were created inside a 20-meter open structure tent. Inside, Classic partnered with several of Nashville’s top wedding professionals and caterers to ensure guests received a first-class experience. Catering partners included Chef’s Market, Monell’s Catering, A Catered Affair, A Dream Come True, Savor the Flavor, Al Dente, and Tea & Co.

Accompanying floral arrangements were provided by Knestrick by Design and Dick’s Flowers; décor was presented by FABU Event Décor, Interiorscape Concepts, One Source Weddings, and A Delightful Day Event Planners; and sound and lighting were provided by Bradfield Lighting and Integrated Product Resources. Three new, stunning stemware lines from Vinea, Rigoletto and Sheer Rim were on display, as well.

Upon entering Classic’s Nashville showroom, guests were greeted by an unforgettable string trio and chamber music. Inside the main tent, live Jazz music jammed all night. Music was provided by Tony McCamy.
