Acquisition Furthers Classic’s Growth in Northern California

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Classic Party Rentals, the leading event rental company in the U.S., announced the acquisition of Napa, California-based La Bella Party Rental Company. Since its inception in 2004, La Bella has been a market leader in Napa and Sonoma.

Specializing in high-end china, stemware, flatware and linen rentals, La Bella has supported a wide-range of prestigious events in the area, including Auction Napa Valley, Hands Across the Valley, Mustard Festival, Sonoma Valley Museum of Art Masked Ball, Salute to the Arts and Premier Napa Valley.

Classic will continue to serve the area from La Bella’s Napa showroom and warehouse and its St. Helena showroom. Betsy and Herb Stone will remain with Classic as business consultants, and Casey Stone will serve as the location’s Operations Manager. Susan Kidwell, General Manager of Classic San Francisco, will assume an expanded role which will include leadership of Napa Valley operations.
